Sophie Webber is an economic geographer and political ecologist at the University of Sydney. Her research investigates the use of market and financial mechanisms for achieving urban resilience in Southeast Asia and the Pacific region. She is the co-author of Climate Finance: Taking a Position on Climate Futures (Columbia University Press, 2024)
